Delete account and data

This page explains how you can permanently delete your user account and all associated data in the apps by Michael Linnerer. It applies to the following apps:

• GoldFokus – archery training app
• TuneTime – music recognition & year guessing
• BeeZucht – queen-rearing planner
• Spot67 – 67-spotter game

GoldFokus

Option A – directly in the app (recommended)

1. Open the app and log in.
2. Tap your profile at the top.
3. Scroll down and tap “Delete account”.
4. Confirm the security prompt.

Your account and all data are deleted immediately and irrevocably. (Note: If you last logged in a long time ago, the app will ask you to log in again before deleting, for security reasons.)

Option B – by email (also after uninstalling)

If you have already uninstalled the app, send an email to info@linnerer.com with the subject “Account deletion GoldFokus” and the email address you used to create your account. We will delete your account and all data within 30 days and confirm the deletion to you.

Which data is deleted for GoldFokus?

• Your login/account (email address)
• Profile data: name, club, gender, year of birth, profile picture, bow type, equipment data (arrow weight, draw weight), sight marks, arrow description
• All training sessions, tournaments and matches including shot and end data
• Usage counters of the AI features

TuneTime

Send an email to info@linnerer.com with the subject “Data deletion TuneTime”. We will delete the data stored for your device or account within 30 days.

Which data is deleted for TuneTime?

• Your player name and your score on the leaderboard
• All game statistics (attempts, points, streaks)

BeeZucht

Option A – directly in the app (recommended)

1. Open BeeZucht and log in.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon at the top right).
3. Scroll to the Account section and tap “Delete account”.
4. Confirm the security prompt.

Your account and all data are thereby removed immediately and irrevocably.

Option B – by email (also after uninstalling)

If you have already uninstalled the app or no longer have access to your account, send an email to info@linnerer.com with the subject “Account deletion BeeZucht” and the email address you used to register your account. We will delete your account and all data within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.

Which data is deleted for BeeZucht?

• Your login details (email address)
• All apiaries and hives
• All colonies
• All queens
• All breeding batches
• All inspections and notes

Spot67

Option A – directly in the app (recommended)

1. Open the app and log in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap “Delete account”.
4. Confirm with your password.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately and irrevocably.

Option B – by email (if the app is already uninstalled)

If you have already uninstalled the app and can no longer access your account, send an email to info@linnerer.com with the subject “Delete account – Spot67” and the email address you registered with. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.

Which data is deleted for Spot67?

• Your account (email address, login details)
• Your public spotter name and, if applicable, your profile picture
• All your finds/entries including notes, timestamps and roughly rounded location
• Your statistics (level, streaks, leaderboard entries)

Photos on your device: Find photos taken in Spot67 are stored exclusively locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. They are removed automatically when you uninstall the app or delete your account in the app.

Retention

After deletion, no personal data remains in our active systems. Purely technical server logs without a direct link to your account may remain in automatic backups for a short time (max. 90 days) for security and billing reasons and are then deleted automatically. Any statutory retention obligations (e.g. for tax reasons in the case of paid purchases) remain unaffected; the data concerned is stored only for the duration of the statutory period.
